SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. All our patterns are printed to order.

However during peak periods and releases our processing time can take a little longer. Please be assured your order is in our print queue and we are working hard behind the scenes to complete your order.

We use Australia Post and Couriers for delivery which is subject to their delivery times. If your order has been dispatched and you are looking for your tracking number, these are emailed through to you.

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?

Yes, deliver to anywhere in Australia via the Australia Post or Courier network. Once your order has been completed and it is on its way, you will be provided with a tracking number to the email your order was processed with. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are located on the Gold Coast so please bare in mind postage times for Rural and WA can take up to 10 business days via regular post.
